The beautiful beaches of Oak Island, Holden Beach, Ocean Isle and Sunset Beach are bookended by the quintessential fishing villages of Southport and Calabash, filled with unique shops and restaurants. A golfing mecca, you can find 30+ courses in communities like St. James. Nestled between the Intercoastal Waterway and the Atlantic ocean, there are plenty of opportunities for boating, kayaking, and fishing.

A county over is New Hanover County, home to the eclectic and rapidly expanding city of Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach! Located right on the Cape Fear river, it is a port town ripe with opportunity and streets full of history. It’s no wonder that this area is one of the fastest growing in the country!
